COMIC CON! It’s a Comic Con update blitz today as we report on the biggest stories to come out of San Diego’s legendary geek-gasmic festival.
The team behind the upcoming Green Hornet adaptation turned up at Comic Con to debut the stunning vehicle of choice for the playboy billionaire/secret avenger Britt Reid – The Black Beauty.
Writer, executive producer and star Seth Rogen was joined by co-writer Evan Goldberg, director Michel Gondry and producer Neil Moritz for the unveiling.

Also, thanks to a great couple of interviews from the guys at Slashfilm, we learnt that Nicolas Cage is indeed being actively pursued to play the film’s villain. Yay? Still no confirmation on who will play Kato, although Rogen and Gondry confirmed that their relationship will be central to the story.

Does anyone know who manufactured the Black Beauty model for Comic Con??? Someone told me it was Valley Monuments, Inc. since their group designs and fabricates themed 3-D props, scale replicas and other visual merchandising displays and stuff, but I don't see any pics of it on their website. I can't wait for this movie!!!!!
