Toy Story 3D re-release trailer debut!

The trailer for the Toy Story 1 and 2 double feature 3D re-release has debuted online. Similar to the trailer for Toy Story 3, it features Woody, Buzz and co. goofing off. But hey, it’s still better than Shrek!

Not really much to say here. We’ve all seen Toy Story 1 and 2, and we know that they’re both masterpieces. I’m dubious as to whether or not the 3D will actually enhance the film. In fact, I’m a little concerned that animated films are now using the 3D gimmick as a crutch over good story and detailed animation (cough Monsters vs. Aliens cough).

Regardless, if they brought any Pixar film back to cinemas in measly 2D, I’d still line up to see it. Except maybe Cars.

Toy Story 1 and 2 will play as a double feature for a limited time from January 21, 2010. Toy Story 3 hits Australian cinemas June 24th.
