The first footage from Joe Carnahan‘s adaptation of the classic television show The A-Team has landed online.
We recently crowned The A-Team the 19th most exciting film of 2010 and the trailer does nothing to soften our anticipation. It’s as perfectly shiny and explodey as we had hoped. Looks like it could be a lot of fun.

The A-Team stars Bradley Cooper as Lt. Templeton ‘Face’ Peck, UFC fighter Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson as B.A. Baracas, Sharlto Copley as ‘Howling Mad’ Murdoch and Liam Neeson as Col. John ‘Hannibal’ Smith. Jessica Biel and Patrick Wilson co-star.
It hits Australian cinemas June 10th, 2010.

Uh… Why can't we just have a fun action film these days without all the overblown GI JOE bullshit?! It seems to have the right spirit, the cast look and sound great… but where it should retain a roguish, knockabout feel, we have a tank parachuting through the air and Face firing in mid air while plane fragments whoosh past his ears. TOO MUCH! Argh…
Yeah, even I groaned a little in that last shot.Of course, even that doesn't reach the heights of stupidity that GI Joe achieved.That film featured a final sequence in which massive floats of ice sank. THE ICE SANK!
Yesssss!!! Bradley Cooper is so funny, I think this will show his versatility in a great action-comedy…he's growing up from his B-Grade movies (All about Steve…cough cough*)It will look amazing on the big screen, especially with the colour grading its been given. Samboy Chips has seemed to have jumped on board to promote the movie!
