OK. So, if you didn’t quite catch that, here is the official plot synopsis:
Scott Pilgrim (Michael Cera) has never had a problem getting a girlfriend. It’s getting rid of them that proves difficult. From the girl who kicked his heart’s ass—and now is back in town—to the teenage distraction he’s trying to shake when Ramona (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) rollerblades into his world, love hasn’t been easy. He soon discovers, however, his new crush has the most unusual baggage of all: a nefarious league of exes control her love life and will do whatever it takes to eliminate him as a suitor.
Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, directed by Edgar Wright and based on Bryan Lee O’Malley’s comic series, will hit Australian cinemas August 26.

That'd be the awesome Oscar nominee Anna Kendrick from UP IN THE AIR (and more dubiously, the Twilight saga).
As if I wasn't already super pumped for this… damn it why is August so far away?!?!?
Why Michael Cera? Why? The casting is amazingly spot on for everyone but him. I was hoping he'd actually try not being Michael Cera- was holding out actually- but this trailer kinda confirms he's still just being Michael Cera.
