Edward Norton releases statement about Hulk recasting

Edward Norton has finally spoken about no longer starring as Brucer Banner/The Hulk in Marvel’s upcoming superhero flick The Avengers.

The actor was unceremoniously dumped from the flick late last week. After spending the weekend in silence, Norton posted the following response as an image to his official Facebook page:

It’s a classy response, and makes Kevin Feige’s devastating first announcement seem all the more unprofessional. That being said, the extent to which Norton was an unpleasant force on the set of The Incredible Hulk is yet to be revealed.

Thank goodness that Marvel are now reportedly turning to an actor famous for supreme professionalism; one who stays far away from any form of controversy.
