Wes Anderson is gearing up to shoot his next film in 2011. Although little is known about the project, Production Weekly have tweeted that it will be called Moonrise Kingdom.
According to The Playlist, Anderson is looking for a boy and a girl (aged 12) for the lead roles. It is unknown if this is the same project that he has co-written with regular collaborator Noah Baumbach (the duo worked together on The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou and Fantastic Mr. Fox).
The filmmaker has also penned an English-language adaptation of the French film My Best Friend, but he has stated that he has no intention of directing it.
More news as it develops.
