Teaser Debut: Kung Fu Panda 2

DreamWorks Animation has unveiled the first teaser trailer for Kung Fu Panda 2: The Kaboom of Doom.

The teaser is light on footage (as you would assume), but it reintroduces us to Po the Panda (Jack Black) in a perfectly charming fashion.

And we’ll assume that all the mind-melting, existential drama surely crowbarred in by script-polisher Charlie Kaufman will be saved for the feature trailer.

Kung Fu Panda 2: The Kaboom of Doom, directed by Jennifer Yuh, arrives in U.S. cinemas May 26, 2011 with an Australian release to follow.
