Watch the first five minutes of Source Code!

Can’t wait until May to see the first five minutes of Duncan Jones‘ new mind-bending thriller Source Code? You’re in luck! Yahoo is hosting the film’s opening online!

The second feature film from the acclaimed director of Moon debuted at SXSW last week and received some very nice notices. No doubt the release of the first few minutes is a move to capitalise on the pic’s growing buzz, and get people intrigued by the central concept.

I guess. I haven’t watched it. But please, you go right ahead!

Source Code stars Jake Gyllenhaal as a soldier who wakes up inside a secret government operation known as “Source Code”, in which he inhabits the identity of a man in the final eight minutes of his life, and must try to discover who is responsible for planting the bomb on a train that would eventually kill him. Phew.

The film also stars Michelle Monaghan, Vera Farmiga and Jeffrey Wright and will hit our screens May 5, 2011.

Discuss: So, how was it? No, don’t tell us! … Oh, go on.

  1. >Oh, Duncan Jones is doing this? Man, I've been ignoring it because I figured it was some stupid Hollywood thriller about writing code. Need to catch up.That is still a horrible title, though.
