Holy shrunken Chris Evans! The feature trailer for Marvel’s Captain America – The First Avenger has debuted online.
We previously saw Evans as the diminutive wannabe-solider Steve Rogers in the 30-second Superbowl spot, but here we get an idea of how much of the movie he will spend in this smaller frame. Quite a bit, it seems! First thoughts: couldn’t they make his voice a little higher pitched?
After enjoying some bodily enhancements courtesy of an army super-soldier program, Rogers evolves into Nazi-butt-kicking Captain America, facing off against Hugo Weaving‘s villainous Red Skull (bonus points if you can tell us how he got his name).
Although we remain apprehensive about the look of the pocket-sized Chris Evans (as well as the involvement of The Wolfman director Joe Johnston), the trailer gets the job done.

Captain America – The First Avenger also stars Tommy Lee Jones, Hayley Atwell and Stanley Tucci. It arrives in cinemas July 2011.
>It's supposed to look like that. We don't actually get a good look at his proper costume in this trailer. That one is the USO suit. His main one is the one that cover's his face. There's also a third costume that's supposed to be his modern-day outfit, which is definitely more slick. There's concept art floating around the internet.
