The first official image from Ridley Scott‘s kinda-sorta-not-really-well-maybe Alien prequel Prometheus has debuted online (courtesy of Slashfilm).
Is it someone falling, or just floating in space? Who knows! Details on the project are scarce. Still, the fact that there is an official image means we are a little bit closer to seeing the actual film.
Prometheus stars Michael Fassbender, Charlize Theron and Noomi Rapace. It arrives in cinemas June 2012.

cant wait! i guess they had to do a prequel after exhausting the other movies, plus the poor ending on alien resurrection, maybe this will reboot the franchise into a different direction
