New look at Rooney Mara in The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo

A new, non-nude image of Rooney Mara as Lisbeth Salander in David Fincher‘s remake of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo has landed online.

The image below comes courtesy of Entertainment Weekly, who spoke to Mara about the now infamous poster, and acting out the notorious rape scenes from Stieg Larsson’s book. You can read it all here.

Earlier in the week, a full list of character profiles were released on the official site, as well as a choice cut from Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross’ score. Reznor and Ross last worked on Fincher’s The Social Network, taking home an Oscar for their troubles.

The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo also stars Daniel Craig, and arrives in Australian cinemas on January 12, 2012.
