Just when you thought Hollywood couldn’t possibly be any dumber, it goes and does something like this … and totally redeems itself!
According to Deadline, Bobby and Peter Farrelly are officially moving forward on a sequel to their hit debut feature Dumb and Dumber.
The brothers Farrelly have wrapped production on their Three Stooges movie, and have recruited Sean Anders and John Morris (Sex Drive) to pen the next adventure for Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunne.
No doubt Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels will be asked to reprise the roles of Lloyd and Harry. Although Carrey hasn’t been a part of many sequels over the course of his career (excluding Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls) he has expressed an interest in returning for a second Dumb and Dumber flick.
Phew! We got through the article without mentioning the abominable prequel Dumb and Dumberer. Oh, wait…
