The trailer for Universal’s Snow White and the Huntsman has debuted online, offering us some brand new footage and a greater glimpse of the plot. Of course, the plot is of the legendary Snow White fairytale, so we had a pretty good idea of it anyway.
Although we’re equally excited for Tarsem‘s insane-looking family flick Mirror Mirror (starring Lily Collins as Snow White, and Julia Roberts as the Evil Queen), it’s hard to deny the spectacular special effects in Rupert Sanders’ take on the tale.
It features Kristen Stewart and Chris Hemsworth as the eponymous characters (no points for guessing who’s playing who), with Charlize Theron as a fairly odious Queen.

Whilst I’m not playing one Snow against the other. I am looking forward to this one. My daughter took one look at the Mirror Mirror trailer on the weekend and decided she has to see it. They can co-exist.
