The trailer for Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane‘s feature film debut Ted has arrived online.
Though I’m no fan of FG,I find something really appealing about the premise of Ted, which tells of an immature man (Mark Wahlberg), who is still attached to his childhood teddy bear. The bear can talk and carry on a life of its own, which makes an already awkward situation worse.
The trailer promises plenty of MacFarlane’s trademark humour, but here’s hoping he can refine his focus here and prove himself to be a true comic storyteller.

Ted also stars Mila Kunis. MacFarlane voices Ted. It arrives in cinemas July 12.
