Angelina Jolie considers cameo in Ridley Scott’s The Counselor

Angelina Jolie is in talks to take on a small role opposite Michael Fassbender in Ridley Scott‘s upcoming thriller The Counselor.

According to Vulture, Twentieth Century Fox is eager to get this production underway, especially if the high profile cast agrees to come along for the ride.

The picture is based on an original script by Pulitzer Prize winning author Cormac McCarthy (No Country for Old Men, The Road). It tells of a lawyer who gets tangled up in the drug game.

Filming will commence during the American summer, just as Scott’s other collaboration with Fassbender, Prometheus, hits cinemas.
