Poster Debut: Skyfall

The teaser trailer for Sam Mendes‘ entry in the 007 saga, Skyfall, is mere days away from hitting the web. Until that fires through the barrel and into our brains, please enjoy the film’s first teaser poster courtesy of its official website.

So, not much new there, but it’s always nice to see Daniel Craig‘s blond Bond holding a gun.

Perhaps the black and white imagery hints at a back-to-basics approach in Skyfall. Or maybe black-and-white just looks really cool (actually, that’s definitely the case).

Here’s the official logline:

“In SKYFALL, Bond’s loyalty to M is tested as her past comes back to haunt her.  As MI6 comes under attack, 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost.”

Joining Craig is Dame Judi Dench, Javier Bardem, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Bérénice Marlohe, Albert Finney, and Ben Whishaw.

Skyfall arrives in cinemas November 22, 2012.
