Ken Jeong set for bigger role in The Hangover Part III

Ken Jeong has been confirmed to return for The Hangover Part III with Mr Chow given a meatier role, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Arguably one of the few redeeming performances from the last Hangover film, the Community star has so far only played a supporting role in the franchise. This is all set to change.

Todd Phillips takes to the director’s chair once again and Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis have all confirmed their involvement.

While plot details are being kept under wraps, the film is being locked in for a May 2013 release and will inevitably involve someone going missing after a wild night out drinking. With the first movie taking place in Las Vegas, and the second in Thailand, it’s been rumoured that the third will be based in Tijuana.

Jeong is reportedly trying to sort out his schedule so that he can be a part of the film and his television show Community.
