We don’t have any real information on this enigmatic Brad Bird/Damon Lindelof/George Clooney collaboration, but we’ll take what we can get!
According to EW, the project formerly known as 1952 has been rechristened Tomorrowland.
Seeing as this is a Disney production, it’s fair to assume that this movie is somehow related to the futuristic Disneyland attraction of the same name.
Director Bird (The Incredibles, Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol) and screenwriter Lindelof (Lost, Prometheus) last week revealed contents of a “mystery box,” which included a book on aeronautics, a 1928 edition of Amazing Stories, and pictures of Mr. Walt Disney.
Besides Clooney taking on the lead role, this is literally all the information we have so far.
Tomorrowland hits cinemas December 2014.
