The 10 worst date scenes

In Silver Linings Playbook, the manic depressive Pat (Bradley Cooper) asks young widow Tiffany (Jennifer Lawrence) out for dinner. He winds up ordering cereal and asking about her past sexual conquests. So… we’re hoping you’re not planning on replicating his unconventional moves this Valentine’s Day. With February 14 just around the corner, the time has come to help all the hopeless romantics out there attempting to plan an unforgettable evening. We’ll do so by sharing the 10 worst dates from movie history (sort of as a ‘what not to do’ guide). Some are humorously uncomfortable; some are very, very, very serious and awful and we kind of feel bad for even mentioning them at all. If your Valentine’s date winds up a disappointment, take solace in the fact it can’t possibly have been worse than these ten examples. We hope.
