Jennifer Lawrence follows David O. Russell to The Ends of the Earth

David O. Russell is hitching his wagon to Jennifer Lawrence’s star, casting her in a third motion picture following their hit collaboration Silver Linings Playbook. 

It was announced earlier this week that Lawrence would appear alongside her Playbook co-star Bradley Cooper in an as-yet untitled Russell drama about corruption in New York City.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, he now also wants her as the lead of another flick, titled The Ends of the Earth.

Scripted by Argo‘s Chris Terrio, it tells of an oil tycoon who is caught in an affair with his adopted daughter.

Considering Lawrence scored her second Oscar nomination for Russell’s Playbook, it’s no wonder she’s keen to reunite with him for such promising projects.

She will soon be seen in Susanne Bier’s Serena… opposite Bradley Cooper.
