Jacki Weaver joins Woody Allen’s new project

Jacki Weaver has joined the cast of Woody Allen’s new feature, The Hollywood Reporter, erm, reports.

The two-time Oscar nominated (it’s still a little odd to write that) Australian actress will appear opposite the previously announced Emma Stone and Colin Firth.

Marcia Gay Harden, Eileen Atkins, Hamish Linklater, and Simon McBurney are other new additions to the cast.

Though little is known of the untitled picture’s plot, it is already shooting in the south of France.

We likely won’t see it until 2014.

Allen’s next flick, Blue Jasmine, hits cinemas later this year.
