Bradley Cooper working on Limitless TV series

Bradley Cooper

The surprise Bradley Cooper hit Limitless might become a TV show, Deadline reports.

Relativity Television has joined forces with Georgeville Television and Cooper to work on a scripted series based on the 2011 movie.

Cooper would executive produce the drama, but is unlikely to star. (We’re inferring that based on his hugely successful film career, obviously.)

The Neil Burger-directed movie told of a man who experienced great success after taking a drug that allowed him access to his brain’s full potential.

Before you get too excited about seeing this premise expanded on the small screen, here are just a few movies that were said to be heading to TV screens over the past couple years: Gangs of New York, Contagion, Battle Royale, Barbarella, Source Code, Scream, The Expendables, Animal Kingdom, Harold and Kumar, The Kids Are All Right, and The Blues Brothers.

None have materialised.

That said, Fargo, Hannibal, and Psycho all made the transition.

So, watch this space.
