‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ is coming a little later; release pushed to Valentine’s 2015

Like an expert lover drawing out our anticipation – or, more accurately, like a Hollywood production that’s been beset with delays and casting difficulties – the Fifty Shades of Grey movie has pushed its date of release to February 13, 2015.

That’s six months after its original date in August of 2014.

EW revealed the Valentine’s weekend bow, along with some photos of stars Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan canoodling.

Johnson will play the sexually inexperienced Anastasia in the flick, while Dornan takes on the role of BDSM-loving billionaire Christian Grey.

He replaces Charlie Hunnam, who abandoned ship a few weeks after signing on.

Director Sam Taylor-Johnson has been tasked with bringing E L James’ novel to life.
