Mike Ehrmantraut will reunite with Saul Goodman on the upcoming Breaking Bad prequel series Better Call Saul.
According to Deadline, Emmy nominee Jonathan Banks will reprise the role of Mike, private investigator and problem solver” extraordinaire.
Set before the events of Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul will document the title character’s time as a skeezy lawyer before ultimately crossing paths with meth kingpin Walter White.
Bob Odenkirk plays Goodman.
Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan conceived the spin-off show with writer-producer Peter Gould.
No other actors are attached at this time, but Gilligan and Gould have indicated a desire to feature cameos from other Breaking Bad stars on occasion.
The show will begin airing in the US this November.
