Oscar-winning Social Network screenwriter Aaron Sorkin, unsatisfied by his mere Oscar nomination for Moneyball, is adapting another Michael Lewis book for the big screen.
According to THR, Sorkin is in negotiations to adapt Lewis’ Wall Street take-down Flash Boys for Sony.
Lewis’ book specifically focuses on the tricks employed on Wall Street to rig the system and what ultimately led to the financial collapse.
Sorkin is also working on a Steve Jobs flick for Sony, with Danny Boyle attached to direct.
Sounds like he’ll be competing against himself at an upcoming Academy Awards ceremony.
