Justin Timberlake collaborating with Coen bros?

Justin Timberlake has been offered a role in Joel and Ethan Coen’s upcoming folk music flick Inside Llewyn Davis, Variety reports.

Although little is known about the role, he is said to be the husband of Carey Mulligan’s character Jean.

Set in the folk music scene in 1960s’ Greenwich Village, the film will be loosely based on the life of folk singer Dave Van Ronk.

Oscar Isaac secured the lead role in the pic last month, though it is suggested that the Coens’ indie flick will have a Robert Altman-esque ensemble vibe.
