The first official poster for Marc Webb‘s The Amazing Spider-Man has arrived online, courtesy of Superhero Hype, and it shows off Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) sans Spidey suit. Bold choice!
The one-sheets for the original Spider-Man trilogy rarely showed Tobey Maguire without his Spider-spandex, so this seems to be a direct attempt by Sony to distance this flick from the films that have come before.
The Amazing Spider-Man 3D arrives in Australian cinemas July 4, 2012. It also stars Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Martin Sheen and Sally Field.
